a-suıts Hospitality Lounge & Restaurant

Designed as the central social hub of a serviced apartment complex, this hospitality lounge and restaurant provides a welcoming and adaptable space for both short- and long-term residents. More than just a lobby, it serves as an extension of home and workspace, catering to a variety of needs—from casual dining to co-working and small-scale events.
Industrial Elegance & Material Contrast
The design takes inspiration from the building’s industrial heritage, incorporating raw metal mesh elements to enhance transparency and openness. This material allows light to filter through, creating dynamic shadows and layering that shift throughout the day. Natural wood accents provide a counterbalance, softening the space and introducing warmth, making it feel inviting and comfortable.
Blurring Boundaries with Nature
A key focus of the interior design is the integration of greenery, which helps blur the transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Carefully curated planting not only enhances the ambiance but also contributes to a sense of tranquility, reinforcing the connection to nature within an urban setting.
Versatility & Social Experience
The flexible layout allows the space to function as a lounge, dining area, and co-working environment, catering to the needs of both residents and visitors. With both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 100 guests, the space is well-suited for everyday use as well as private gatherings, business meetings, and social events.
A Harmonious Blend of Function & Aesthetics
This project strikes a balance between industrial design and refined hospitality, ensuring that the space is not only visually striking but also highly functional. By merging adaptability, material contrast, and natural elements, the hospitality lounge & restaurant in Ayazağa becomes more than just a service space—it is an inviting, communal environment where people can gather, work, and relax in an atmosphere of understated elegance.
